For summer giveaways and outdoor events
When you are handing out lots of items at a race, outdoor open day or festival, they need to provide sun protection and show the logo clearly on the front. In the Essential range, lightweight cotton or polyester caps and sun hats work well, with embroidery or transfer on the front panel.
A common mistake is choosing for the order date rather than the date they will be handed out. For summer, a cap, visor or sun hat is the better choice; for colder weather, switch to beanies. And do not fill the whole front: a more restrained logo makes people more likely to wear it outside work.

If the campaign needs to say more about the material, it is worth moving up a level and looking at caps in recycled cotton or other recycled fabrics. In the Plus range you will find six-panel models and cleaner finishes, suitable for front embroidery, a patch or a small detail on the side or fastening, depending on the product page.
For logos with lots of detail or gradients, do not force very fine embroidery: a printed patch will handle it better. And if the cap is for everyday wear, keep the design small; on headwear, that discreet size is what gets the item worn out and about instead of left in a drawer.

The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery; a patch, different branding or a second position is adjusted in the quote.
