Branded work gilets: what they cost and how to choose by role

A work gilet with your logo costs from €10.00 per unit, including branding. Branded work gilets for logistics are not the same as those for retail or outdoor work: pockets, warmth and branding technique all vary. Here you can see today’s prices, real models for the most common uses and the key points to help you order with confidence.

How much do branded work gilets cost?

Unit price with your logo included, based on the usual branding method for each gilet, excluding VAT and delivery. The price drops with quantity because the branding set-up is spread across more units.

For warehouses, maintenance and tighter budgets

If you need to kit out warehouse, maintenance or field staff on a tighter budget, an Essential range multi-pocket gilet covers the basics: practical pockets, freedom of movement and your logo on the chest or back with embroidery or screen printing.

Before ordering, choose the size with the layer underneath in mind, because a gilet always goes over another garment. And if the role needs visibility, it is better to choose custom hi-vis gilets rather than force this type of model.

For retail, customer-facing teams and everyday wear

For retail and customer-facing roles, a fleece or technical gilet works well to bring the team together over whatever each person is wearing. In the Plus range, it is easy to find comfortable fabrics for daily use and branding options such as embroidery or transfer print, depending on the material.

Check whether the model comes in men’s and women’s versions in the same colour to keep a consistent look. And do not assume the sizing: it changes depending on whether it goes over a polo shirt, shirt or a thicker sweatshirt.

To choose by role and combine garments

When several roles work side by side, the practical option is to compare the whole category: multi-pocket workwear gilets for keeping tools close at hand, and fleece or padded work body warmers for extra warmth without losing mobility. The logo is usually small on the chest for everyday wear and large on the back to identify the team.

You can also combine them with custom work jackets or custom work fleeces in the same order. That way you keep the same logo across all garments and adapt each role without making it complicated.

Minimum order and design

The minimum order is €100.00 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix models to reach it: a multi-pocket gilet for the warehouse and a fleece for retail can go in the same order. How to choose

A uniform is chosen for the shift, not for the photo.

Workwear is judged after many washes and on the day you need to dress someone who's just joined. That's why the fabric, men's and women's cuts, and the model still being in the catalogue when it's time to replace it matter more than the season's colour.

  • Men's and women's cuts in many models
  • Embroidery for everyday wear, transfer for technical items
  • High-visibility clothing with its standard listed on the product sheet when applicable

The detail

Embroidery lasts as long as the garment does.

In a uniform that's washed every week, embroidery on the chest is the technique that ages best. On a softshell with a membrane, the transfer marks without piercing the garment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Branded work gilets with your company logo

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

How much do 100 branded work gilets cost?

It depends on the model and the technique. The pricing table on this page shows the unit price with the logo included at each quantity: check the 100-unit column and you will have today’s guide price, excluding VAT and delivery.

Can a softshell gilet be embroidered?

It can, but the needle pierces the membrane and the gilet loses some of its protection against wind and water. That is why we recommend transfer print on softshell, applied with heat without perforating the fabric.

Where should the logo go on a work gilet?

Small on the chest for everyday wear. Large on the back when the gilet needs to identify the team from a distance.

What size should I order if it goes over another garment?

Check the model’s size chart with the layer underneath in mind: over a polo shirt or shirt, the usual size; over a thick sweatshirt, sometimes one size up.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is €100.00 excluding VAT per quote, across everything you order: you can mix models and sizes to reach it.

Can I see how the logo will look before I pay?

Yes. We send you a free mock-up and you pay when you approve it.
