If the aim is to encourage people to get moving, yoga mats, resistance bands, skipping ropes and sports towels are a strong fit. Materials such as cork, recycled TPE and recycled PET work well here, along with common branding methods such as screen printing, transfer or laser engraving on cork.
Avoid turning it into pure advertising. On a mat or towel, a discreet logo at one end means it can be used outside the office without feeling awkward. If you are putting together an internal programme, a short, coherent selection works better than mixing too many small catalogue items.

For wider distribution, smaller items that fit in a pocket and get used often tend to work best, such as lip balms or pocket hand cream. These are usually branded with pad printing or UV digital print, both suitable for small packs and simple logos.
If you choose cosmetics, do not buy too far in advance: products with a formula have an expiry date, so it is worth checking the product sheet. If your design has lots of detail, UV digital print usually works better than a very small print area with too much text.
